University course • Mathematics • Exams and tests
University mathematics is a different league. Pass the exam session without retakes.
Comprehensive preparation for exams and tests: calculus, algebra, logic, discrete mathematics, probability and statistics. Small groups, problems from real university tests and 1:1 consultations.
The lecture moves on while you're still stuck on the definition of a limit.
At university, mathematics stops being a set of recipes – you have to understand definitions and theorems and apply them to problems nobody has shown you before. In our meetings we organise the material course by course, solve problems in the style of your university's tests and teach you to write solutions the way lecturers expect.
The ePiFii program: five areas of university mathematics.
We adjust the emphasis to your degree and semester.
Calculus
Limits, continuity, derivatives and their applications, indefinite and definite integrals, series, functions of several variables – with full working.
Linear algebra
Matrices, determinants, systems of equations, vector spaces, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, linear transformations.
Logic and set theory
Propositional and predicate calculus, proofs (induction, contradiction), sets, relations, functions and cardinality.
Discrete mathematics
Combinatorics, recurrences, graph theory, modular arithmetic and elements of number theory – the classics of computer-science tests.
Probability and statistics
Probability spaces, random variables, distributions, expected value, estimation and hypothesis testing.
Before the session. ePiFii Finał – mock test and consultations.
ePiFii mock test
Problems in your university's style
A timed simulation of the test: a problem set matched to your course and lecturer. You find out what you already know and what to close before the exam session.
One-on-one consultation
1:1 feedback
A private meeting with the teacher: analysis of your mock test, the most frequent mistakes and a plan for the last days before the exam.
A program matched to university syllabi
We work on problems from tests and exams of Polish technical universities and universities.
Our own epifii.pl platform
Full access to the virtual notebook, Google Meet notes and homework.
